A walk on the beach; a summer thunderstorm. Rain clouds darken our sunny skies, but contain precious life-giving water in their bellies. A thirsty earth perceives the beauty, power and grace of Spirit in these harbingers of gloom. As raindrops dance on her skin, our mother extends life. How long have our hearts thirsted love? Being love, we can but express it or call out for it. How will you answer your brother’s call when you discover the rain in his heart heals yours?
