For many of us staying in the moment, being present is one of the hardest things for us to do. Negative emotions such as fear, worry or anger can take us away from experiencing peace each moment can bring.

But how can we use Sound and/or music in order to keep us present; keep us centered?

This is one of a number of questions we will be looking at during this Sound class.
