At this event we will be creating an experience some call a sound bath. This meditative vibrational experience is one that can have a profound impact on those that choose to participate. It is good for reducing stress, opening emotional blockages, and raising consciousness. Some tools used in this experience are Crystal bowls, tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, didgeridoos, voice, and other instruments.
