We will be doing a Sound Therapy class (online)
once every quarter to start , and then determine how often.
Many people have some experience with tuning forks, but are just learning how to use them, what specific frequencies are effective for what purposes, the difference between weighted and unweighted forks and how to use them. Others are brand new to the science of tuning forks.
“Tuning forks are light weight sound healing tools. When activated their vibration is easily directed on the body, and in the energetic field around the body. They are recommended for use on tight muscles, joints, tendons, bones and tissue. Tuning forks are also used for centering, raising consciousness, releasing stuck emotions, activating chakras, ckearing crystals and other uses.
Come join us for this unique class, and tune your understanding of tuning forks. It will be both experiential and educational. For those who are beginners or more experienced with using tuning forks, the class will be fun, helpful and insightful. A day of movement and vibration.
