When we talk about our essence, what are we really talking about?

The essence of who we are is something that is special,
something that is divine.
But it is also important to ask how many of us really know who we are.
Do we continue to tell ourselves the stories of who we are;
or do we follow the truth?

As we have stated many times,
we are energy, vibration, and that vibration is a Sound.
If this is true, we can use Sound to guide us to our true essence,
our Divine nature.

Come to this workshop and find your vibration, your true Sound,
the thing we call our essence.
