When we think about everything in life it has a beginning and an ending. Everything has a process of transformation & renewal. As we come to the end of this year we think about our own renewal & transformation, a new time, a new year, a new me.
Come to this month’s Sound Therapy class to help with changing your vibration; or should I say raising your consciousness. Let Sound be your tool for this new year in helping you find your New Me. Come make the Sound of who you truly are!

Masks are required in the building, except in the workshop room, where they are optional but recommended.
Being symptom free is a requirement for entering the building.
