Situated in the middle of the chest the heart chakra is said to be the separation between the lower chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus), which are about the physical and the upper ones (throat, third eye, crown), which are about the spiritual.

Sound can have a great effect on opening this chakra when there is a blockage present. But the question is that is there a Sound for Love? David Gibson in his book, The Complete Guide to Sound Healing states, “The energy of Love is actually a frequency higher than sound, because one can add love to any sound frequency. However, there are certain tonalities and frequency ranges that are associated with love and are more likely to induce the feeling.
