Low OM Premium Tuning Fork

The Low OM Tuning Fork is a lower octave of the Mid OM frequency. Based on the primordial vibration or ever-sounding tone, the cosmic OM tone has a grounding connection to planet earth. Its frequency, 68.05 hz, is based on the earth’s rotation around the sun—specifically the 31st octave of the frequency of a tropical earth year (the period of time from one sun’s passage of the spring equinox till the next).

The Low OM is useful for working on the lower body due to its grounding tone. It has been shown to help reduce swelling and inflammation as well as promote bone healing. Strained muscles, tendons and ligaments may also benefit from its tone. It complements a Mid OM Tuning Fork creating a resonant octave. The Low OM, like all cosmic OM vibrations is relaxing, soothing, balancing, sedative and grounding.

Cycles of a Day Digital Download is a meditative musical journey to guide you through your day with the focus on relaxing the body, calming the mind and soothing the soul. Michele has been a Spiritual Mentor and Teacher for 25 years, centering on the areas of Spiritual growth and human development. She has studied many cultures and philosophies and, for more than a decade, she embraced the beautiful Native American culture, traveling with respected Elders and participating in many sacred ceremonies. Michele is certified in several energy practices and combines her skills, intuition and experience in assisting her clients, students and support group members along the path of self-discovery.
