Water is the universal solvent and the source of life. Both the human body and the planet Earth consist of roughly 70% water. Directions for use:

Your TWiST recording allows you to energize your water and oils with healing frequencies. Water and oils will retain frequencies and structure for a period of time depending on their consistency. For best results play through the entire 40 minute recording.

This can be done by:

• Mounting speakers on the outside of a hot tub or bath (follow electrical precautions!)
• Using headphones over a glass or picture of water (to be consumed within 2 hours)
• Placing a glass or other container directly in front of your speaker (to be consumed within 2 hours)

Oils will retain frequencies longer than water; for a few weeks depending on the oil.
