It is a depletion.\nMany people know how to Get\,\nbut that is a stagnant accumulation of dead energy\,\nwhich never brings lasting happiness\, \nIf we only breathe out\, we will die.\nIf we only breathe in\, we will explode.\nWe must alternately breathe in and breathe out.\nThat is healthy balance.
